Product Information and Pricing
We strive to provide accurate product descriptions, specifications, and pricing information. Custom Design and Special Orders
Custom jewelry design services require advance consultation and approval. Custom orders are non-refundable once production has begun. Design fees, deposits, and production timelines will be discussed and agreed upon before work commences. Changes to custom designs after production begins may incur additional fees and delays.
Repairs and Appraisals
All jewelry repair and appraisal services are subject to availability and scheduling. Repair estimates are provided before work begins. We are not responsible for damage to jewelry resulting from pre-existing conditions, inherent flaws, or normal wear and tear. Appraisal values are estimates based on current market conditions and are not guarantees of actual resale value.
Payment Terms
We accept various payment methods including major credit cards, debit cards, and other payment options as indicated at checkout. Payment is due in full at the time of purchase unless other arrangements have been made in advance. For custom orders and repairs, a deposit may be required before work begins, with the balance due upon completion.
Returns and Exchanges
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Returns and exchanges are accepted within 30 days of purchase for items in original, unworn condition with all original packaging and documentation. Custom-designed pieces, engraved items, and resized jewelry are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
To initiate a return, please contact us at gaby@latijewelers.com. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or was shipped in error.
Warranties
All jewelry sold by Lati Jewelers Inc comes with a limited warranty covering manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship. This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, damage from misuse or abuse, loss, theft, or damage resulting from improper care or maintenance. Specific warranty terms vary by product and will be provided at the time of purchase.
SMS Terms & Conditions
Text Messaging Program:
By providing your mobile phone number and expressly consenting to receive text messages from Lati Jewelers Inc, you agree to receive recurring marketing and promotional SMS/MMS messages, including offers, updates, and information about our jewelry products and services, sent using an automated telephone dialing system (ATDS).
Message Frequency: Message frequency varies. You may receive up to 4 messages per month.
